One last motel run

I plan to leave in 3 weeks (oh how I hope it works out!) and my cats will follow a few weeks later. I'm planning one last motel visit for next week some time (or the following) and I plan to bring all 3. I will get absolutely no sleep, but I want one night as a family before we begin our adventure. I must remember to bring the camera for pictures.

There is a red toy mouse at work that Miss Kitty has claimed as her own. She is constantly carrying it around in her mouth or tossing it into the air. Everyone knows it and my coworkers are nice enough to give it back when she loses it.

Winsey has claimed the red tube in the playroom. It's his favorite spot to sleep and often that's where I'll find him when I say my goodbyes. He's been sleeping a lot lately, but today he was pretty perky. I keep a bag of 'hip treats' hidden down there and I usually give him a few whenever I'm down.

Waldo likes the dryer. At home it's the freezer (there was no dryer). He tries for the fridge here, but my coworkers kick him out. Today he jumped into the dryer and spread out as my coworker was taking out the bedding. I couldn't stop laughing because he threw quite a tantrum - hissing and pawing- when my poor coworker struggled to drag him out. I've been told I spoil my cats because during the summer I put ice packs on the floor with a dishrag over them for the cats to lay on. During the winter they get a heating pad.

All three had the playroom to themselves last night. I opened the door when I came in. Miss Kitty daintily trotted out while much to my amusement the two boys zoomed out like there was a balloon tied to their tails.

I love my cats. All 3. Winsey is fitting in so nicely. It will be hard being on my own and counting down the days till I can see them again. It was hard last June spending 4 weeks in the hospital with just pictures of my cats (until I got my embarrassed doctor to work out an arrangement and have them visit). Think I'm cat crazy? I'm only 25 too... hate to see me 10 years from now.
